Our 80 acres of apple trees are located on the shores of gorgeous Lake Champlain in Shelburne, Vermont. The orchard has been in my family since the 1950′s and I have been overseeing the place for over 30 years. We grow apples, peaches, and sour cherries here. The orchard also produces cider, non-alcoholic Ginger Jack, world-famous cider donuts, and we’ve just started distilling apple brandy. Next up is apple cider vinegar.
